Application:The electric hydraulic thruster with electric magnet maintenance function is a compact drive control device that integrates an electric motor, centrifugal pump, oil cylinder, and DC electromagnet. It is widely used as a drive device for various drum brakes and disc brakes, especially suitable for brakes that require long-term power to maintain an open state. It can also be used for drive control of various industrial valves, gates, directional swing and rotation (<90 °) devices (mechanisms), and clamping devices.

Main features:The shell is made of cast aluminum alloy, which is lightweight and aesthetically pleasing;
The motor is a non oil immersed structure with F-class insulation, good heat resistance, and long service life;
The motor junction box cover is sealed and uses cable stuffing boxes for incoming wires, which are firm and reliable. The electrical enclosure protection level reaches IP65;
The motor shaft and push rod have undergone special surface treatment, greatly extending the lifespan of the sealing components;
The oil cylinder housing is equipped with a balance chamber on one side, which allows the thruster to be installed in any direction from 0-180 °, thereby expanding its range of use;
All seals and bearings are made of world-class products, ensuring reliable sealing and long service life.

◆ Environmental temperature: When the temperature is between -20 ℃ and+50 ℃, use DB-25 hydraulic oil. When the temperature is below -20 ℃, use YH-10 aviation hydraulic oil;
Relative humidity: ≤ 90%;
Work schedule: intermittent (S3-60%) and continuous (S1);
Power supply voltage: three-phase AC, AC380 50Hz (other power levels can be customized as needed);
◆ Cable: The specification of the power cable is 4 × 1.5mm ², and the cross-sectional area of the wire can reach 4 × 2.5mm ²;
