Abstract: In the thermal power industry, safety brakes and service brakes have been
widely used in transmission and loading and unloading equipment. A brake control
system for induced draft fans has been designed and developed for companies such
as China Power Construction Chengdu Electric Power Machinery Factory and Inner
Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co., Ltd. When the induced draft fan is
stopped for maintenance, it can effectively stop and brake, preventing the fan
from reversing and causing personal injury. We have developed a series of yaw brakes and a series of spindle brakes
specifically for wind power generation equipment. In nuclear power projects, products are mainly used for lifting and
operating off island equipment, and their reliability and safety have been
deeply rooted in people's hearts over the years. In hydraulic engineering, we have always maintained close contact with
hydraulic design institutes, universities, and manufacturers of large hydraulic
equipment. Based on the development needs of users and the industry, we
continuously improve and research and develop existing products, striving to
better meet the needs of customers. Main application scenarios: Power plant workshop driving brake, coal conveying equipment brake, induced
draft fan brake system; Wind turbine main shaft brake, hydraulic locking pin, yaw mechanism brake,
hydraulic station; Dam crest gantry crane braking system, ship lift multi-point intelligent
braking system, gate opening and closing machine braking system, and hydraulic
