Abstract: Regular maintenance and inspection of the brake system can better ensure
our personal safety and prevent it from failing to brake properly in the event
of an accident. And what points do we need to check when inspecting equipment on
a daily basis? Next, I will explain it to everyone. 1. Whether the components of the brake cannot move normally and whether the
adjustment nuts are tightened. 2. Whether the components of the thruster are normal and whether the
hydraulic oil is sufficient. Is there any oil leakage or seepage. Is the
insulation of the introduced wires good. 3. The size H1 shall not be smaller than the small sizes listed in Table 1.
If it exceeds the requirements, it must be adjusted immediately, otherwise the
braking effect will be lost. 4. Is the brake pad resting properly on the brake wheel, is the condition
of the friction surface intact, and is there any grease or dirt. When the
thickness of the brake pad reaches the values in Table 2, the brake pad should
be replaced. 5. The temperature of the brake wheel should not exceed 200 ℃. 6. The lever and spring should be replaced if cracks are found.

a daily basis?
